The sparrows
These are from end of October, sunflower seeds time.
Wait a minute! It's not nest-building time.
Yes it is if you find a potential home site.

Chicka- chicka-chickadees
We've got feeders, so we've got birds. I'm seeing chickadees and nuthatches. The pigeons are contented to sit in the fountain.

Forgot to post earlier
Still hanging around, the resident chickadees master of upside down feeding.
I've heard of planting bulbs when it's cold in anticipation of springtime, but this is nutty.

There's food out there
The sunflower has been worked on from the center out
There's also grub in the building spacers
Chickadees happily in garden. Have food, will stay.
Bye bye chicky
Through the lobby window, starling working on berry

The expected
Out into the garden. Very quiet. Pigeon courtship. I knew exactly what would follow.
It's not nesting season, so I don't know what this will lead to, but I'm glad they're contented.

Continuing from the 2nd
The chat moved into a different tree for berries, nice color combo.
Time for a little color coordination.
The non-berry gang.
And finally, overhead.. adult red tail hawk. Point and shoot and pray for focus without falling over backwards.
