It's not often that the male finch is so trusting. Flew in for a drink in back garden.
Robin in front fountain taking a soak, male robin, will head south soon.
A second robin popped in.
No sharing. Get lost!!!!!

Sapsuckers
It's fascinating watching the sapsuckers check out the berries. There is a plucking order.
Sparrow checking out canape for bugs. They have flown into the lobby on occasion.

Backyard combo
It's kinglet time of year, the ruby crown. They flit around like hummers. Tiny birds.
Wherever there are trees with berries the sapsuckers are plucking what they want. They'll support the berry with their breast.
