Mama Cardinal

"Grocery shopping. "Mama Cardinal collecting bits for nestlings, pick-up, crunch, save in bill. I stood against a tree and watched. She knew I was watching. I know where the nest is, very well hidden. I'm not poking my lens in there.

Meanwhile over at the fountain the female sparrow is ready for a drink/bath.

The adult starlings are so beautiful and so nasty. Sitting by water fountain this morning.

Back garden. Found the dove youngsters obviously thriving, two kids and parent.
