Some of my pals are sad that a squirrel has become hawk lunch, but that's the way in the wild. There are still lots of squirrels and they know how to fend for themselves. Feeder raiding involves coming out on the branch, sliding down the feeder wire (acrobatic), scuttling along the plastic and into the feeder (a bit snug), gorging and then leaping to the ground, a good 7'. Repeat same as often as desired.______________________________
