First stop was slightly south of Strawberry Fields. The pigeons took off in a swirl, every flock in a frenzy. Bluejays screaming. Sure sign of hawk presence. Up high a gorgeous redtail. |

And then preening hawk went on alert. |

I've never seen this before. THREE redtails facing off. |

One stayed. The two others flew east, then north. |
There was no food involved, so I can only assume this was for territory, two definitely mature hawks. Not sure about the third. Awesome behavior.
