| The morning began with a visit from the oven bird, |

| Movement across the way caught my eye. Oh, a black and white warbler working the ground at the edge of the building, everything being examined. Never expected that. |

| Checked upon the doves in the afternoon |

| Time to leave the garden when I saw movement near the door. The black and white warbler again working the ground. This is atypical. The BWs work the trees, belly to bark, probing for delicious bits. |

| This young female is obviously a grounder. There are two lattice pieces against the building, obviously a source of food for the BW. I stayed to watch totally enchanted. |

| I'mnot sure what it found,.. a snail?, ... no idea, but it ate the thing down whole. |
