Oh, good! Mrs. Oriole. I've been wanting to see her.
Mr. Oriole. Followed by some face-offs. A few orioles in the vicinity.
This is simply a photo quirk, not a manipulation, highlight appeared as a heart. New bird, heart-rumped oriole.
There was a lot of "chatter" and singing from the orioles. Sometimes they'd be heard, but not seen,... bud -dining deep in the branches.
Movement caught my eye, not a bird song. I think this is a peewee. It was flying out to catch bugs, but not repeatedly. More sitting and watching than bugging.
