There's one patch with the weirdest looking fungi. They change from day to day. They look like whatever you want them to be.

Pretty soon the red-eye vireos will also be dining on these berries. For now the catbird is having lunge (pun intended).

I've been waiting to see this, a hummingbird moth. That's right, it's a feathery moth, hovers, is almost hummer size, can confuse the best bird watchers.

If I don't see a hummingbird I'll settle for this.
