| It's wonderful getting into the park on a milder day. All I really wanted to see was a robin with a worm, but along the way I met friends who seemed to be asking for a handout. Trader Joe's breakfast trail mix, good stuff,- granola, cranberries, nuts. I wouldn't have acted as caterer, but how can you ignore a begging grackle? |

| The sparrows posed and waited. They knew what was in my pocket. |

| "Hey guys, food's here!" |

| And then I found my robin. |

| "Is this what you wanted?" |
 |
| Down the hatch. |
