It's been hard finding nests this seasons. Most seem to be very high in trees. The trick is to follow the food delivery path. Where the worms go there's got to be a family. This Papa went up too high to see anything.
This was a possibility. Low down Papa. I stood and waited.
Ah, low branch nest, but a risky nest in the midst of the sparrows' neighborhood.
While mama sat papa went and got more food. I waited.
At least three nestlings, new babies, eyes still closed.
Then another youngster caught my eye. Great tennis technique.
