No and no

No snow and no coyote to be seen. There may have been a snow dusting during the night, because there were snow patterns on the lake, but really no snow. It was a bitingly cold day,.... very few squirrels, few blue jays, only little birds active- the finches, sparrows and cardinals. And the cooper's hawk on the hunt in the area of the Oven.

It swooped low and headed East. I headed that way, but couldn't find the cooper's. Instead I met up with another hawk also on the hunt. It was as if the one hawk morphed into another.

Very nice for a frigid grey day.
