There are lots of fledglings in the park. This time, shy sweet catbirds.


While on the path I saw the adults. One was doing the heave-ho moves. I knew what was going to happen, but could I get a picture??? Yes! The catbird barfed up a pellet. First time I've seen that.

This is the most natural thing for birds. If the body doesn't digest it, back it comes.
