The little robin first seen May 10th and posted sitting hidden in the fir tree is now looking like a proper proud robin. He's easy to find, because the family stays in the same neighborhood during the fledge period. He's tall, almost regal, curious, able to poke around in the grass for seeds, but when it comes to really getting food he's just a big demanding baby. Feed me, dad !Meanwhile, over in the Maintenance Meadow there's an active robin's nest hidden in a dense tree. I would have missed it had I not heard the two nestlings.
