A little of this and that

 

Dove nest survival. Nestlings soon, hopefully.

Two fuzzy friends in front of the door. A mess of curls.

Catbird bath time. I know this bird.

 Young dove now has to find its own food.

Adult dove nearby.

Backyard dove nest surviving despite severe rain storms.

And then there are the robin fledglings. Papa has to supply the food. They don't know how to find their own food yet. The worms don't always go straight down.

Back Yard nest

Ready to leave home. Bot parents feeding their kids. They'll need the body mass once they leave  the nest.
 

No exit from this side. "Crib" twigs for safety.

 The two dove kids have left the nest, now in space under nest.  In two days they will be in a new space, maybe together, maybe not.

Backyard nest, terrific family.
