Kinglet flitting by my face,
This junco never learned the lesson about beware of humans. Food at my feet. It stayed put all days

Kinglet still flitting around the grounds.

Female black throated blue warbler totally cooperative. Bugging.

The kinglet downstairs

Usually the kinglets are way up in trees shagging bugs This one day the kinglet was a grounder. Much easier for my aching neck. Catching microscopic bugs.

Chomping down

Everyone gets nibbles in the garden... seeds, bugs, berries.   I wait all year to see the goldfinch enjoy the sunflower seeds. This year there's only been one goldfinch, easily identifiable by the feather pattern. I want to hang a sign, "Come and get it, lots of seeds".

The various sparrows have really chomped down.

Fun in the garden

Whooppee, a male black and white warbler. Throat visible. The female doesn't have a dark throat.

Young male yellow throated warbler. You can see the dark shades of mask to come.

                                                                        Golden kinglet.
                                                                       Ruby kinglet

                                                                   Sassy sapsucker

Very skittish. No way to get closer. The male towhee.
