| High above the brown-grey landscape the speckled orange breast of the cooper's hawk stood out. Hawk on the prowl= small birds take cover. Finally hawk flew north and small bird activity resumed. Into the grey-brown scene arrived more orange, gorgeous male oriole who's wintering here. |
