Still in the garden

The hermit thrush has claimed one corner as its turf.
Happy time,  a palm warbler, non-breeding, darker head feathers growing in. It's also claimed one space in the back garden. Lots of bugs available. I can see the bugs.
The sparrows are plucking sunflower seeds from the dying sunflowers. This is fun to watch. The sparrows need a perch so they can yank out seeds. They can't hover to do this.
If a seed falls to the ground it's easy pickings.
More to come. Still editing.
