Delicious but heavy

Seed pods from the hickory tree, a delicacy

Grab that treasure and try to run with it.

Awfully heavy. Run down the path lopsided, like a drunk.

There was a good fight over these pods,.. grab and run food.

The grackle would have liked some too, but there's no sharing when it comes to this squirrel treat.
