The first clue to raptor-in-the-area was this squirrel sounding the alert, "Danger! Freeze!"
Sure enough, well hidden among the branches, Goofy, the young redtail.
There's a lot of potential food in this area, but first you have to catch it. The dove in background wasn't particularly concerned.
But the bluejays were on the attack.
Observed for a long time, but didn't see anything captured._______________________________________________
