More Squealer

This is Mama. She sets the standard,- adult feathers, adult beak, adult claws.

This is Squealer, probably first day out of nest,- baby feathers, baby beak, and cruddy toes, possibly from sitting in filthy nest. This looks like fungal feet.

Insatiable appetite. But look at the feet. Something definitely not right.

Next ledge over, another fledgling, probably one day older.

The feed-me! flap.

Squeal, squeal continues. Parents were flying low, but baby hasn't figured out what that means.
Squealer is a sitter at this point, good at down-flight, inept at up-flight.
