Mama is in cardinal nest on guard. I'm not yet hearing peep peep, so don't know who's living upstairs.
Sparrow nestlings growing, 3 still at home
First time I've really seen this, fecal sac being removed from nest. Thank goodness this is a clean house.
Parent comes in with bits of food which get doled out to each baby.
This is one of the Capizio nest babies. They're in same space high in a tree. Grackle competition.
The best from yesterday, young hawk in the Sheep Meadow nest. Sibling was down in nest napping.
On the way home, handy snack.
