Down by the river

This will be the first of three postings. Lots of observations.

Baby #1 in tree at south end of "play space". Baby #2 on limb in last year's nest tree. Resting. Preening. Beautiful fledglings.

Watching squirrel on the ground, oblivious squirrel.

Gotta catch that thing!

Caught something, but not the squirrel.

Then into this space flew Baby #2.
