Chestnut-sided

I don't see the chestnut-sided warbler often, so when one arrives and goes bugging in my face it's very exciting.

This was really different, upside down lunch- obvious bugs in the leaves, acrobatic snacks.

A break-your-neck-trying-to-watch blackburnian warbler.

It was tree bark landing at my feet that sent the message, "Somebody's upstairs".
The raccoon eventually went into a hole in this hacked-off tree. He/She's stripped the bark off the whole tree.

Blue and blue. Sort of.
