Picture the scene..... Strawberry Field, hundreds of tourists with tour guides, two lovers on the lawn making out, another two humans practicing contortionist moves turning themselves into pretzel statues and in the midst of this sea of zany humanity one lone pine warbler working the ground for bugs, lots of bugs, oblivious to the presence of others. I followed the warbler with camera. At times it walked right to my shoes. Not one tourist asked what kind of bird it was. It was so obviously not a pigeon! I now have an archive of perfect pine warbler pictures. This doesn't happen often.
