Nice variety

Sometimes the funniest subjects are not even in the park.
Right in our garden, immature male common yellow throat warbler, not skittish at all. Full "mask" not yet filled in.





Not a yellow throat, the very elusive, split-second chat, there for one second, then gone again.

The most docile thrasher I've ever seen. I wish it had been singing. They can do cantatas.


The scarlet tanager. They're not red in autumn.


You can see a tinge of pink on its back.
