In the garden

Somebody's going to fledge any hour now. This is good as this nest is human hip height, well hidden, but still human accessible.

A sibling.

Oh........... here we go again,

And here's the next home, nice elevation. No human interference possible.

Meanwhile, over in the south corner there's food being captured for nestlings, but what kind of food? Hard to tell at first.

Wow, green grasshopper.

I went looking for grasshoppers, but couldn't find any. Robin eyes are better than mine.
I studied grass. Squirrel came over and studied me.

We don't get many squirrels. They come over from Riverside Park, here one day and then return to ??????
