Not just doves

I may be fixated on the dove family, but I'm still watching other birds. Beautiful, accessible black-throated blue warbler.
Even the kinglet was cooperative for a change.
The indigo bunting, up and down.
The hooded warbler, male and female.
How could I resist this, robin eating pork rind. Ate the whole thing! No sharing. New York bird.
I read in a bird behavior guide that robins' mating rituals are private. Nobody sees robins mating. Well, guess again, noon, middle of the path, robins mating. The whole thing took two seconds!
